DAN ZDON
President
Dan is CEO and president of ResidentRated’s parent company, Five Star Professional, and as such, also leads ResidentRated. Prior to coming to Five Star Professional, Dan spent 15 years at Liberty Diversified International (LDI) in various positions including serving as their president and COO. Dan is passionate about customer satisfaction as a means to identify more efficient operations, improve loyalty and increase retention.
RANDY SCHULDT
Survey Interpretations Consultant
Randy is a property manager and also president of two commercial property service companies (handling janitorial services and exterior building maintenance and repair). Randy is a survey developer and data interpreter for a national custom research company.
JOSH KIMBALL
Consumer Behaviorist
Josh comes to us from Iconoculture (now Gartner), where he managed their consumer insights data, research agenda and online database, subscribed to by hundreds of Fortune 500 companies and major ad agencies. He has deep knowledge of consumer insights and consumer research methodologies (including housing residents), and has experience interpreting consumer behavior, values and culture in the U.S. and 17 other countries.
JONATHAN WESSER
Data Manager
Jonathan is responsible for script development, data acquisition, data cleansing and data normalization, as well as CRM integration and customized client dashboard development. Jonathan has comprehensive experience in the real estate and financial services sectors and also manages a 12-seat call center, handling 500,000 calls per year.
NOLAN BREY
Marketing and Operations Strategist
Nolan has experience in multifamily lending and student housing management that gives him a great industry-focused perspective. He works on ResidentRated's marketing strategy and daily operational needs. Nolan brings an eye for continuous improvement and how data can be used to build a better customer experience.
GREG THATCHER
Technology Officer
Greg leads ResidentRated technology projects that simplify client data input, access and use of research data. He has expertise in electronics engineering and cloud-based solution architecture. He is a certified professional project manager.
Nikki Karnopp
Sales Representative
Nikki is responsible for business development. She calls on property managers, property owners and marketing directors of multi-family and senior residences, and presents the benefits and value or our resident satisfaction survey programs. Nikki uses a consultative approach to help clients build a customized program that works for their properties. She understands the demands on property managers and the value of satisfied residents and resident retention.
Sam Wade
Sales Representative
Sam is responsible for business development. As a former commercial real estate investment specialist, Sam appreciates the importance of resident retention and low vacancy rates in boosting the valuation of residential properties. His approach is to show the value and ease-of-use of ResidentRated and to stress the importance of data-based decisions when investing in property improvements.
